NEMS Launches Employee Stock Ownership Trust Program with Taiwan Cooperative Bank

NEMS (TWSE: 7730) has partnered with Taiwan Cooperative Bank to launch an Employee Stock Ownership Trust (ESOT) program, establishing a long-term incentive mechanism that promotes shared growth between the company and its employees while supporting sustainable talent development.
