暉盛參與 IMAPS Symposium 2026　分享最新電漿技術

我們將於2026年9月28日至10月1日 ，參與於美國波士頓舉辦的 IMAPS Symposium 2026，本屆以 「Intelligent Packaging for the AI Era: Heterogeneous Integration and Photonics」 為主題，聚焦 AI 時代下的先進封裝與異質整合技術。

繼去年於 San Diego 首次發表技術研究後，今年暉盛將再次參與發表，分享最新研究成果：

Breaking the Oxide Barrier: Cost-Efficient Plasma De-oxidation of Copper Surfaces for Advanced Hybrid Bonding

本研究聚焦 Cu-Cu Hybrid Bonding 的銅表面處理，探討 H₂/N₂ Atmospheric-Pressure DBD Plasma 於銅表面去氧化的應用。

此外，今年暉盛也將首次參與 IMAPS Exhibition，歡迎蒞臨 Booth #211，與我們交流最新電漿技術與先進封裝應用。
